All products are shipped FOB origin. This means that once the package is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer. Tracking is provided upon shipment.
Returns, Refunds & Price Adjustments
Due to the consumable and sanitary nature of vape products, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. We may honor price adjustments within 7 days of purchase with valid proof.
