Return Policy

Exchanges/Returns: We only accept replacements for “DOA” (Dead on Arrival) or Manufacture Defective items. Due to the nature of our products, and for safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any items unless they meet these criteria. Ejuices are FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced for any reason due to health and safety regulations.

Timeframe for Returns: Notify us within 48 hours after your package is delivered for any items related to defects or damages.

Unused & Original Packaging: All returns must be unused and in the original packaging to qualify for a replacement. If we are out of stock of the item, we will issue a full refund. For returns, customers should use the “Contact Us” information at the bottom of the website to initiate the process, and we will respond within 24 hours.

Shipping Label: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels. You will need to arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable return service to ensure that your item arrives safely.
